Hammond Journeaux

Hammond Journeaux was born in Wyndham, New Zealand, and now lives in Ballydehob, West Cork. She has exhibited in NZ, London, Oxfordshire England, Germany, Spain and Ireland. She represented Ireland when Cork was the European City of Culture in 2005. Over the past three decades she has specialised in drawing writers, and illustrating poetry for literary magazines and books. The current exhibition consists of drawings, watercolours and collages some of which explore woman as the work horse.
